Learning Systems, Books and Programs

Any Cindy Cohen LLC media or print product (e.g. CDs, books, learning systems, etc.) in its original condition may be returned to Cindy Cohen LLC for a full refund or exchange within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase. The original receipt or online order number is required for all returns and exchanges.

Any product that is returned without promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g., Special Report, promotional CD) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount.

Other Items

All electronically distributed products (e.g. ebooks, software, online video and audio, etc.) are a non-refundable purchase.

Purchases made through third-party vendors (e.g. Amazon, etc.) are subject to that vendor's specific return and billing policies. In these instances, you must contact the vendor directly for support and inquiries regarding their policies.
Cindy Cohen LLC reserves the right to refuse any return.

Cindy Cohen LLC is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data. We use your email and occasionally your telephone number exclusively to communicate with you regarding your order. We will never distribute your personal information to other companies for use in mailing lists, surveys or any other purpose.

Mandatory Communications

Cindy Cohen LLC reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, credit card, and billing matters, which will affect your use of our web sites, including without limitation any alleged violations of our Terms of Service. These communications are mandatory.

Notwithstanding the above policies, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information to appropriate third-parties if we are required to do so by law or we believe that such action is necessary:

While on a secure page, such as our registration form, a lock or key icon appears on the bottom of your web browser.

In addition to our online security efforts, we take steps to protect your personal data offline, as well. All of your information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Employees are granted access on a need-to-know basis (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative). Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. .
